Kyler and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing!!! I give them a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend them!!! The day I had my explorer towed in because it died on me and would not start they did NOT waste time they got started on it immediately doing their diagnostics, they told me that my battery was completely bad and I needed a new battery and there were some other issues as well, I currently have a warranty on my vehicle and they did everything that they could and got the warranty company to cover everything that they would cover and all I had to pay for out of pocket was the battery, the oil change and the deductible for the warranty company!! And it was all done within 2 days!! Thank you so much guys i appreciate all of you very very much more than you know!! I highly recommend and I will come back in the future again!! 😊

I have found my new shop! The shop I had been going to four 10 years went under new management. I began the search and settled on Bird Automotive. That is where I met Kou! A genuinely good man who listened to my concerns and knew what to do. As soon as I walked in, I immediately loved the location. It was calm, orderly, and even had a SUPER CLEAN child play area for my little one! I explained to Kou that I believed my transmission was going out…. I had already been researching and I was estimating a 7K-10k dollar price tag. After I left, i soon heard back from Kou! He gave me updates through the day via text message (super convenient with a toddler) and he was open and honest with everything. Zero pressure. What I thought would be a repair that drove me into debt, was in fact way more simple than I would have guessed! Kou absolutely could have financially cleaned me out, but instead he was honest, communicative, and straight to the point. None of the sales nonsense where they talk loud and fast to try and intimidate you into a massive price tag. I am recommending Bird Automotive and Kou to all my friends and family.

Friendly service and they were able to service our vehicle quicker than 3 other locations.

This location has been open for about four months. Since they opened, I've taken a couple of vehicles there and have had nothing but good experiences. I've called other shops to compare prices, and Bird Automotive is consistently one of the more affordable options. I'm not sure what's better—their quality of work or their customer service. I do live close by, but when my vehicle was finished, they offered to pick me up, do their quality check drive with me, and then take me to the shop. They didn't have to do that, but it speaks to how much they care about their customers. This shop will be my go-to from here on out. Also, Kou is the man! 💯

I took my car in for an oil change, and I was greeted by name for my appointment and was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the technician. I also appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the waiting room. They gave me good feedback and helpful information about an oil leak I've had. Good, honest, thorough explanations!
